For outstanding moderators: the minimum requirement is 100 hours of online time per month, along with a total of 300 management actions (where these actions cannot be limited to things like boosting or highlighting; they must be diverse in order to avoid any suspicion of unnecessary management). Additionally, such moderators must contribute to the positive development of their district. Evaluations take place every 3 months, with no more than 10% of all moderators being selected at any given time, and a maximum of 3 people per evaluation. “The \"base number\" is notified to the section leader by the \"cleaners\" at the beginning of the month. Super moderators are required to spend over 60 hours online per month in order to boost the popularity of this forum.
