This post was last edited by Litaotao1314 on 2012-4-21 at 11:06. I currently use the following process: HCl concentration: 90–150 g/L; temperature: 90 degrees; continuous operation; slurry content: 30%. Guys, please help me find a suitable reaction tank and provide me with some relevant information
The reaction vessel can be protected against wear and corrosion by using brick-and-plate lining; the material for these bricks and plates is silicon carbide for the bottom of the vessel, and impermeable graphite for the vessel walls.
Give a try to the reactor with a steel-lined PTFE lining. :lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol
