If one obtains both the Certified Chemical Engineer and First-Class Constructor certificates, can they be registered with two different companies at the same time?

As the title suggests, I work at my third employer; does having a title such as Certified Environmental Engineer mean that I can no longer list it? ! ! Seeking help from experts
It’s not possible; it is said that there will be problems during registration! Must be registered at the same workplace!

For certificates issued through exams organized by the same regulatory authority, one can only be registered with one company. For example, if all certificates are issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, registration is possible only with that same company; in such cases, holding multiple certificates still counts as just one person. If one certificate is issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and another by another department, then registration is possible with two different companies
