Our company’s methylamine storage tank has a capacity of 50 cubic meters, but it is not possible to determine the exact liquid level; I’m not sure what method can be used to figure this out

The current maximum capacity for a single storage tank is 200,000 cubic meters for crude oil tanks (CPE design); it seems that the title and content you provided don’t match. Isn’t there a level gauge on the 50-cubic-meter tank? Even if not, one can go up and take a look; a 50-cubic-foot tank isn’t that big.
