While drafting the plan for this trial operation, I am facing the following issues: 1. Are there any **standards or guidelines** regarding the operation of waste heat boilers? 2. What are the speed and standards for increasing and decreasing pressure during the commissioning of waste heat boilers? 3. After the waste heat boiler has been flushed and boiled, is it necessary to perform steam shooting during the pressure increase process? What are the requirements for target shooting?
Industry standards (you can search for and download them on your own, which also saves you the cost of posting on forums :P): SHT 3158-2009 – Shell-and-tube waste heat boilers for the petrochemical industry; JBT7603-1994 – Guidelines for the design of flue-type waste heat boilers; JB-T 6503-1992 – General technical requirements for flue-type waste heat boilers. I’m not sure which type of waste heat boiler it is, so I’ve just listed the above standards. ;P Additionally, I recommend a book titled \"Design and Operation of Waste Heat Boilers\"; it’s easy to find online and can be downloaded for free (it’s over 4M in size, so it’s tricky to paste here).
Regarding the target shooting issue: Target shooting is not for the regenerative furnace system itself, but for users of other units in the steam system. If there isn’t a single unit in the system, targeting doesn’t make much sense ; If there are organic units among its steam users, targeting is necessary.
