How to choose a level gauge for the separation chamber of scale-prone evaporators? We have tried many different types, but none of them worked very well. Radar-type gauges become inaccurate when there is steam or boiling droplets present, while differential pressure type gauges require frequent cleaning due to their structure. Do you have any reliable level gauges that work well?
You can try an ultrasonic level gauge; it should work.
Is it the same as the radar type? Will it be affected by steam? Are you using it?
It’s so deserted; are there any other types of level gauges? If you know, please share your experience!
Use a differential pressure type… with a pressurized flange surface and automatic flushing… It’s better to clean the flange surface regularly.
