Why is PLC control used on-site to start the compressor?

Question: Why is PLC control required on-site to start the compressor? Why can’t DCS directly control startup?
Both the Hangzhou Automobile and Siemens models should be able to be started indoors. Once the outdoor startup conditions are met, startup can be carried out indoors; the outdoors are used only for inspection and monitoring.
What compressor are you talking about? What is a medium? Generally, a DCS can be started directly
Starting it on-site is done so as to take the opportunity to check the compressor as well; it’s not done in the control room for fear that many operators might be lazy and just press the start button without doing anything else
