Is the liquid ammonia in the flexible tube used for selling ammonia recycled?

Our factory has just replaced the steel wire hoses with universal joints. Previously, the liquid ammonia from those hoses was recovered using refrigerators; but after switching to hard pipes, the management said that it’s no longer necessary to recover the liquid ammonia since the valves at both ends can be closed tightly. I know that when there is no space for evaporation, the temperature rises by a few degrees, and the pressure may increase by several megapascals. Is the liquid ammonia in the pipes safe?
How high can the pressure be in summer? It says that it must not exceed 2.5 MP
We do not recycle this liquid ammonia here either, but it is required that all valves before the final ball valve on the loading/unloading arm be kept open; this way, as the ammonia in the pipeline evaporates, the pressure remains consistent with that of the storage tank, preventing overpressure. By consulting the saturation vapor pressure chart for liquid ammonia, the temperature at 2.5 MPa is around 57 degrees; as long as the temperature does not exceed this value, there will be no overpressure in the pipe. However, as a precaution, it is still best to ensure that the evaporated ammonia has a destination.
