Our factory uses batteries produced by Beihua Machinery; one of the hydraulic presses experiences quite significant fluctuations in main hydraulic pressure when it is in operation. The pointer is fluctuating so fast! Moreover, the oil pressure in a single tank is also unstable. (The main oil pressure in our plant is 9 Mpa) The other one is fine! I would like to ask the teacher what exactly the reason is. Could you teach me a good idea and the method to do it? # + + . hcbbs
It’s the same with Beihua Machinery – it’s also unstable, but not as serious as you say
This post was last edited by tclvjian on 2012-4-18 at 15:08. There might be gas in the hydraulic oil system; try to remove it. Also, check whether the hydraulic oil level is within the allowable range and whether it is too low.
The answer is upstairs. Air is present in the hydraulic pipeline, causing a continuous process of compression and expansion, which results in sharp fluctuations in the pressure gauge pointer.
Is this oil pump with large fluctuations operating properly? Compare the sound, current, and temperature, then check the valve assembly of this oil pump, or replace the pressure gauge. If it’s due to air conditions, both units might experience fluctuations.
