Due to the high height of the propylene tower, the water inside the tower should be drained when the wind speed exceeds level 5 to ensure the safety of the installation. Also, the reboiler at the bottom of the tower does not need to have its temperature increased. At the beginning of operation of the unit, there is a large amount of slag and other debris inside it; pay attention to the sealing of the pumps, and also clean the pump inlet filters regularly

One of the main purposes of water interconnection operations is to provide training, helping operators to become familiar with the plant processes and the operation of individual units. Secondly, water intermodal transport is a test for the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems of new installations. Ensure the normal operation of the electromechanical and instrumentation systems after the device is fed. During the water interconnection process, it is necessary to keep the flow continuous as much as possible, so that all pumps can operate continuously (the testing period for these pumps seems to be 24–48 hours). In order to minimize waste of water used in this interconnection process, temporary pipelines may need to be added on site. It depends specifically on the processes in your site.
