The problem of yellowing after PE processing

The raw materials are LDPE2426 and LLDPE218W 1001XV; the transparent film products turn yellow and red after 20 days – what could be the reason? I would appreciate some guidance.

If the powder produced does not dry or steam properly, or if it is stored improperly and deteriorates, it is prone to turning yellow. If it is in granular form, there’s no need to worry about degradation. Our powder does not contain any additives. Later, the steam drying efficiency of the powder was improved (by increasing the steam volume and the residence time). It’s fine now
