Thermal resistance issue

Today I looked at the table of thermistor materials; it has three columns showing the connector material, connector length, and connector specifications. I’m not sure what a connector is – could those who know explain it to me?

The straight-through connector is used to connect the RTD and the process pipeline. The process pipeline side of the straight-through connector is welded, while the other side is provided with an interface corresponding to the RTD, such as M27x2.
Since it relates to material, length, and specifications, what is meant is the protective sleeve portion, or the outer shell of the thermal resistance core.
