Which series of outer diameters is better for process pipelines

I have a question for everyone: regarding the outer diameter series of process pipes, which type do you use currently – those with decimal values or the rounded ones? Currently, our company has been using the rounded SH series, but this series has not been updated. Recently we started using the latest national standard pipe fittings and flanges; however, these national standard pipe fittings and flanges come with decimal values. I wonder which type is used in engineering these days. When purchasing pipes with a diameter including decimals for domestic projects, which is easier to source: those with the exact diameter value or those with the diameter rounded?
Ugh, it depends on the project requirements or the client’s demands
First, we listen to the requirements of the client; if there are no special requests from the client, we follow the project specifications, and generally we use National Standard Series A.

Decimal points and the like are used in British systems; most use national standard pipes, and flanges must be compatible.
Let me share my humble opinions. In our factory, all the pipelines are complete in terms of their components; the flanges and equipment connections are also complete. It’s always been like this in the past, and we’re quite used to it. Both national standards and British standards work well
For small-diameter pipes (under 4 inches), the B series is more commonly used; for those larger than 6 inches, the A series is generally preferred. However, both A and B series are available on the market, and the choice ultimately depends on what the design institute decides. Ordinary owners don’t require it.
Series B is the one that has been in use in our country; according to the regulations it should be phased out, but we have continued to use Series B
