The mobile concrete pump consists of a swing cylinder, a hydraulic tank, a delivery cylinder, a washing chamber, a main cylinder, an oil pump, and an engine, which together form the pump’s hydraulic system. The hydraulic system as well as the electrical control system are mechanically connected to the chassis, allowing the entire machine to move at the same speed as a vehicle, enabling it to be positioned at construction sites in cities. It is characterized by: A) The engine of the hydraulic system for the on-vehicle pump is a separate engine, located in the center of the front middle part of the chassis; it directly drives the oil pump of the hydraulic system, but does not drive the gear transfer case, the transfer case switching mechanism, or the chassis drive shaft ; The hydraulic system of the on-vehicle pump is an open system; the pump’s output pressure ranges from 10.5 to 20 Mpa, and its pumping capacity index is between 500 and 600 MPa·m3. An adjustable flow valve is installed in the oil circuit to maintain a relatively constant pressure, which is set at 19 Mpa. In this system, pressure relief valves, check valves, unloading valves, auxiliary safety valves, and speed control valves are not used. The main oil circuit of the pumping system consists of a main hydraulic directional control valve, a main safety valve, a main electromagnetic pilot valve, an auxiliary hydraulic directional control valve, an auxiliary electromagnetic pilot valve, and the adjustable flow valve. The main hydraulic directional control valve and the auxiliary hydraulic directional control valve are each supplied with oil by two separate pumps. The combination of the main hydraulic directional control valve and the pumps forms a constant-power system, while the auxiliary hydraulic directional control valve, the unloading valve, and the pumps together constitute a system that maintains a constant pressure. B) The electrical control system is equipped with a programmable controller that is responsible for switching the solenoid valves, replacing complex relay circuits. C) In the hydraulic system of the on-vehicle pump, in addition to high/low pressure switching valves being installed between the rod chambers and the rodless chambers of the two main cylinders, logic valves, electromagnetic pilot valves, and shuttle valves are also placed between the rodless chambers of these cylinders; the no-load resistance is 2.5 Mpa.
