Water seal filling issue

Typical water seals come with a pre-installed filling port, allowing water to be added by simply opening the valve.
Without water, the air in the car will just escape. There are also various types of water seals; some come with water supply pipeline valves, available in both manual and automatic versions. For some, it’s sufficient to add water once before driving, into any of the water seals, until water starts to flow out.
The water seal must be filled with water before starting the machine, and its liquid level should also be monitored during operation to prevent the water from being forced out due to fluctuations in system pressure.
Water seals are safety devices, and the water must be refilled when in use.
There are definitely three ports related to water on the water seal: a water inlet, a drain outlet, and a liquid level discharge port. Just add water from the water inlet, and that’s it
I’d like to ask everyone: is the liquid seal refilling for ordinary pipelines done by adding water at the drainage outlet at the lowest point of the liquid seal?
