Yesterday, whiskers appeared on the crossbeam of the silicon rod, causing a grounding fault. What caused this and how can it be prevented? ? ? ?

Please provide a diagram; I don’t know what kind of ‘xu zi’ you’re referring to – without a diagram, there’s no way to know for sure.
If it is what you mentioned, causing grounding, then it should be due to the melting of silicon at the beam area; what’s needed is to control the temperature properly, and also to ensure that the silicon cores are joined as tightly as possible!
