Registration and eligibility verification for exams

For the first attempt at the certification exam, a certificate from the employer is required, but it’s not necessary for the second attempt – one can simply register online. My question is: is an employer’s certificate still required for the second attempt after changing jobs? For example, I took the exam in Jiangsu last year and had a certificate from my employer; this year I changed jobs and am now in Sichuan. Do I still need a certificate from my employer to take the CMA exam? If you register in Jiangsu, do you not need a certificate from your employer and can register online directly?

Personally, I think it’s better to re-register using a new employer; this way, there’s no need to change the employer information again in the future, which would be quite troublesome.
