What signal does the sensor of a differential pressure transmitter output? How big is it?
Half of them are 4-20mA standard current signals; when the sensor outputs a specified standard signal, it is then called a transmitter. So the sensor signal you’re referring to is actually the transmitter’s signal.
He is referring to the signal from the sensor element of the transmitter to the gauge, right? I really don’t know about that
The measurement of the transmitter is carried out by sensing the pressure signal through a sensor. The measured pressure signal is converted into an electrical signal via signal processing and output as 4-20mA. Please read the transmitter’s manual in detail to understand its measurement principle.

Currently, there are two types of signals: one is a voltage signal that outputs +0.5V and -0.5V, and the other is a digital signal output directly. The former is mostly used by domestic brands, with accuracy around level 0.2; the latter is commonly used by imported products, with an accuracy of level 0.075. I don’t know if what the original poster is looking for is the answer as I understand it. Many intelligent transmitters that I am aware of include differential pressure sensors, temperature sensors, etc. In the case of EJA transmitters: within the diaphragm box assembly, two H-shaped resonant beams on the silicon resonant sensor convert the differential pressure signal into frequency signals. Then, through diaphragm box frequency difference technology, these two frequency difference signals are sent to a pulse counter for counting; after characteristic correction, they are sent to a microprocessor. The processor processes these signals, and then a D/A converter converts them into an analog signal of 4–20 mA corresponding to the measured value. Or it is converted into a digital signal by the I/O interface components and transmitted together with the 4–20 mA signal.
The details on floors 5 and 6 are very specific; I’ve learned it. The sensors inside the transmitter generally output voltage signals, or they may also output frequency signals; after processing, these signals are ultimately converted into standard 4–20mA signals.
