I’m using a Siemens S7-300. Today, I suddenly noticed that the SF light on the CUP was red, which indicates a system fault. I checked the SF lights of the IM153 units on each rack, and they were not lit. At present, the system’s AI, AO, DI, and DO functions are all working normally. Please help me out, thank you! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Is it because the program versions are different, or has there been a hardware failure?
You can check it under the CPU messages! It seems to be hooked on W and T!

It’s possible that the version in the hardware configuration differs from the actual one; or try adding some OBs to see
All OB values have been added: OB86\OB88\OB121\OB122, etc. I plan to restart the CPU; after powering it off, I’ll have Gongyi assist with it.
SF is an external fault alarm; if everything was normal before and the system hardware has not been altered, check for any open circuits.
I encountered this issue here as well; I didn’t check the CPU information on the computer at that time. After restarting it, the problem persisted, so I turned off the power for over ten minutes and then turned it back on – and everything worked fine
