Why is only 2 or 3 kilograms of nitrogen needed to seal the system? Is it okay to use more than 3 kilograms?
This is a requirement of the system; anything over 3 kilograms will definitely have an impact, either on the equipment or on the manufacturing process. You’ll need to figure that out yourself
That’s how I understand it. 1. High pressure increases the requirements for the strength of equipment, such as material and thickness. Which in turn increases investment. 2. The function of nitrogen sealing is to prevent air from entering the system, thus isolating it from the outside world. 2 to 3 kilograms should be sufficient; using more would result in waste of nitrogen and additional investment, which is unnecessary.
