High temperature of large motor shaft

Our unit has a 1200KW air-cooled high-voltage motor manufactured by Nanyang Motor Factory. During the summer, the temperature of its shaft rises significantly, requiring an additional fan to cool it down. Are there any good solutions?
The poster can check from the following aspects: (1) Check whether the quality of the lubricant meets the requirements or if it has deteriorated, as well as whether the viscosity of the lubricant is too high； (2) The inspection mechanism is assembled too tightly (insufficient clearance) ； (3) Check that the bearing is not installed too tightly ； (4) Check whether the bearing ring rotates on the shaft or within the housing ； (5) Check whether the motor load is too high, etc ； Additionally, it is possible to consider improving the original grease by using a high-temperature resistant grease.
