Can’t design work be done without overtime? I have to work overtime after getting off work every day, and I still have to work overtime when I get home at night. This goes on for days on end; my body can’t take it

As soon as the designers complained about not getting overtime pay, the manager replied: I didn’t ask you to work overtime; you work overtime because of your low efficiency! ”. There’s no overtime pay, but everyone is still working overtime!
This leader makes a very valid point: if you don’t want to work overtime, you have to work hard! ! ! ! ! !
There’s never an end to design work; there are always tasks to handle, so how is it possible to not work overtime? . . . . . . .

Sometimes, tasks really can’t be completed just by relying on work efficiency! Overtime usually occurs during specific periods of time; basically, it’s not inevitable to work overtime. One good thing about our boss is that, depending on the project, working overtime is largely voluntary, and when overtime is required on weekends, only one day is asked for~
