To control costs, it is planned to use imported control valves for applications that require high precision and reliability, while domestic valves will be used for those with lower requirements. The control valves we use are all Gorter products made in the Netherlands; we rarely use ones made in China. I hope this can help you
I’m not sure if anyone has heard of the self-acting pressure regulator from Mankenberg in Germany, but its price is slightly higher than that of Fisher’s!
When selecting a control valve, it is essential to first understand the process conditions thoroughly, and then choose the appropriate valve based on requirements such as material, temperature, pressure, and flow rate The locator must be imported; it has excellent reliability! For important applications where there is a large pressure difference, a large/small diameter, high temperatures, or special material requirements, it is recommended to use imported products such as FISHER\BAUMAN\SAMSONG, etc ; Domestic: Wuzhong and Shanghai Ziyi Plant 7 can do it! I’m not sure if the original poster is working in the LNG industry, but generally, the control performance of the valves used for introducing raw gas should be good, as well as that of the valves leading to the storage tanks. This is because the pressure in the storage tanks is usually lower than that in the pipelines, in order to prevent pressure surges. Then there are the return valves. As long as the valve is selected correctly and the CV value is calculated in accordance with the process requirements, poor regulation generally will not occur. For valves, the Wuxi tooling we used before gave good results; there is also Fosse available for low-temperature applications. When it comes to domestic valves, Shanghai Fute and Wuzhong Instruments seem to be quite good. There are many imported brands, such as Fisher, Fox, Sonyラン, Nales, and many others. These are my opinions; please forgive any shortcomings.
