The parameters of your steam generator are a bit strange; the parameters for dry saturated steam are quite high, at 1.0 MPaG and 184°C. How high must be the temperature of the quench oil in your quench oil reboiler? As I recall, the temperature at the bottom of the quench oil tower is around 220°C, while the temperature of the returned oil is between 170 and 180°C. The pressure of the dilution steam generated is generally around 0.6 MPaG; your values seem a bit high. .
