Questions regarding the flushing scheme: 02+32+53A+M+C

We have a flushing protocol: 02+32+53A+M+C. What is the purpose of adding the 02 flushing protocol? In Plan 02, regarding the jacket cooling and heating system, what exactly does this jacket refer to? Also, what do M and C mean? They are not mentioned in API682
02 represents the dead space; the flushing of the sealing surface is carried out by the external flushing fluid from 32, while 53A denotes the flushing method for the second sealing surface. M is the cooling required for sealed flushing ； C is the cooling required for the sealed jacket. Perhaps your medium is at high temperature, so it requires jacket cooling. But since both 32 and 53A do not require cooling via a heat exchanger, why is a cooling scheme M still included? It will only be available in 53B.
