+WIN and -WIN in the operating condition combinations

When creating combinations of operating conditions, wind loads are often included. For example: L3: W+P+T1+H+D+F1 (OPE) – normal operation; L6: W+P+T1+H+D+F1+WIN1 (OCC) – operation with wind load; L8: L6-L3 (OCC) – pure wind load. But sometimes there are also combinations such as L7: W+P+T1+H+D+F1-WIN1 and L9: L7-L3. What kind of operating condition combinations do L7 and L9 represent respectively?
For example: if the north wind is +WIN, then the south wind is -WIN
windx corresponds to wind-x ； Windz corresponds to wind-z
For angled winds, enter the cosine values of that wind direction with respect to each coordinate axis in WIND under condition editing.
