Design specifications for on-site vent pipes

I want to install my own local vent main; are there any things I need to keep in mind? Can it be installed on the existing vent main leading to the flare?
Different treatments should be applied based on the flammability and toxicity of the medium; toxic gases must not be released directly into the atmosphere.
The toxicity is low; it mainly consists of hydrocarbon substances, as well as some hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide

Isn’t the toxicity of hydrogen sulfide that high? It is a highly toxic and explosive substance
This is not allowed; direct emission of such gases cannot meet the required emission standards, right?
This is for on-site discharge; it is not used for prolonged periods but only in emergency situations. Many refineries have such on-site discharge pipelines, which are not used under normal circumstances, and it has nothing to do with environmental protection or compliance with emission standards.
