Are there any diesel and gasoline hydrogenation units that use Changchai and Changding gasoline as raw materials? Could you please provide information on the hydrogen consumption per ton of feedstock when only Changchai and Changding gasoline are used as raw materials, in Nm3 per ton?
This is related to the sulfur content in your raw materials. The hydrogen consumption during hydrogenation includes chemical hydrogen consumption, emitted hydrogen, dissolved hydrogen, and leaked hydrogen.
Experience value: For conventional hydrogenation, the hydrogen consumption is 0.5w%-1w%, while with liquid-phase hydrogenation technology it is 0.3w%-0.8w%.
