One of the steam supply criteria specified in the documents is an outlet temperature of 150 degrees at medium pressure; why is that?
No way, the temperature is so low; it should be at least 230, right?
This temperature cannot be so low; it needs to be at least 20°C above the dew point of steam at this pressure, otherwise the steam will condense into a liquid, which can damage the catalyst. It should be at least 200 degrees
The temperature at the time of steam supply must not be lower than the steam dew point temperature at that pressure; generally, it should be above 230°C. Of course, this also depends on the system pressure. Since we maintain a pressure of 1.0 Mpa when supplying steam, the temperature for steam supply can be reduced slightly. According to the information, it’s best to keep it 30°C above the dew point temperature; so the minimum value should be 210℃

The bed temperature in the medium-pressure reactor should be above 220 degrees Celsius to prevent steam condensation from damaging the catalyst
