Should the machine pump cooling water for the device be circulating water or deionized water?
We are currently using circulating water, but it tends to scale very easily. Some pumps have already been modified to be cooled by the demineralized water from the water treatment station; the results are still under evaluation, but it should work well.
Generally, circulating water is used; desalinated water is the best option, but economic considerations and feasibility must be taken into account
I wonder what the quality of the water in your recirculating system is like? The quality of the circulating water here is poor; the water used for pump circulation tends to get clogged and scaled, making it difficult to see through the viewing windows. This severely affects the cooling efficiency of the pumps. Later, during maintenance, we switched to deionized water from the press water station, and the results were good.
The cost of desalinated water is too high; therefore, recycled water is used instead. However, it is necessary to control the quality of the recycled water as well as its flow rate, especially at the end points
Under normal circumstances, demineralized water is used for cooling the compressor cylinders, while circulating water is used for other pumps and similar equipment
