During the shutdown of the hydrocracking unit, the purpose of holding the reactor at pressure is to allow the pressure and temperature inside the reactor to decrease gradually, while simultaneously eliminating any remaining reactants, thereby preventing environmental contamination and safety issues. Because before the shutdown, the reaction materials may not have been completely reacted; if no furnace sealing is carried out, the remaining reaction materials could react with the oxygen in the air, producing harmful substances that affect the environment and the safe operation of the production equipment. At the same time, a sealed furnace also facilitates the inspection and maintenance of subsequent equipment. .
