On April 30, the 600,000 tons per year naphthenic specialty oil high-pressure hydrogenation project at Jingmen Petrochemical was mechanically completed, marking the official transition of the project from the construction phase to the preparation phase for operation. Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will be able to produce high-value-added products such as cycloalkyl rubber plasticizers, transformer oil, and light white oil. This will significantly increase the company’s production capacity for specialty oils and improve the composition of its high-end products, providing strong support for the establishment of a production base for million-ton quantities of high-end green specialty oils. During the project construction phase, the company organized tasks scientifically and carried out precise scheduling, while strictly controlling key aspects such as safety, quality, and progress. The project team has established a daily coordination mechanism to regularly review the construction progress and address various issues on site. It also works closely with the construction contractors to formulate a scientific pressure testing plan, ensuring that the project progresses steadily and on schedule.
