On April 27, the No. 1 hydrocracking unit renovation project of Jinling Petrochemical successfully produced qualified products, met various operating indicators, and achieved first-time start-up success. The project was designed by Guangzhou Engineering Company and constructed by Nanjing Engineering Company. The modified unit added naphtha production to the original single jet fuel production. It not only optimized the product structure, but also increased the output of chemical light oil and jet fuel, allowing it to flexibly respond to market changes. Since the start of construction, the company's personnel at all positions have strictly followed the operating procedures and completed the steps of catalyst filling, pre-sulfurization, and raw oil switching in an orderly manner. They have closely monitored key parameters such as reaction temperature and system pressure to ensure that the reaction process is stable and controllable, and make every effort to ensure a successful start-up.
