This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2017-3-10 at 20:16. Purging is being done towards the sulfur production furnace. There are various methods for deodorization nowadays. The older approaches involve deodorization first, followed by a distillation tower, and then passivation. Currently, there is a method that involves adding a deodorant along with the purge steam, which combines gas-phase deodorization with passivation, as well as a method that includes cooling after the distillation tower step, followed by deodorization and passivation. —We have used all three methods, and the effects of the latter two new methods are quite good.
