How can I control the O2 level? What factors influence the O2 level in the chimney? If anyone knows, please share; points will be given
The value of O2 is related to the degree of combustion and the volume of air flow.
The values of O2 and SO2 are related to the amount of air introduced.
The primary air is used for oxygen-deficient combustion to prevent the formation of nitrogen oxides, while the secondary air is used for combustion at a chemical excess ratio; the secondary air can be used to regulate the furnace temperature. The oxygen concentration is primarily regulated by the secondary air, and it can also be adjusted in conjunction with the secondary air. In our case, it’s 6.5%
