Is there liquid in everyone’s acidic gas flare line? Our liquid carryover is severe; a large amount of acidic water was released beneath the flare root, affecting the acidic gas flare tip (which needs to be used in emergency situations) ; Do you carry liquids? What measures have been taken?

There are currently two common sources of acidic gas for flaring: one is the acidic gas generated during the regeneration of amine solutions, with a temperature below 40°C; the other is the acidic gas from wastewater stripping units. The acidic gas produced in such units, which operate as single towers without side streams for ammonia extraction, has a temperature of around 100°C. It is this wastewater stripping acidic gas that contains a high level of moisture, and its temperature must not be lowered during discharge, otherwise condensation will definitely occur.
A liquid separation tank before the outlet device is of little use; as acidic gases are emitted and their temperature drops, the condensate accumulates at the base of the flare. Therefore, the liquid separation tank should be located in the flare area.
It’s a bit difficult to avoid a temperature drop; at least when passing through the acidic gas pipelines outside the unit (even with heat tracing), any decrease in temperature will inevitably result in condensate water.
One solution is to place the liquid separation tank in the flare area. But it’s a bit difficult to collect and recycle them.
It is regularly discharged into the plant’s sewage network.
Only in this way can pumps and pipelines be used to feed acid water into the pipeline network.
Is it necessary to add several condensate water tanks halfway along the acidic gas pipeline leading to the flare (just as several condensate oil tanks are added for low-pressure gas)?
