90% sulfur, with the rest being iron oxide – what processing methods can be used to treat it? These solids make up half of the whole, with water accounting for the other half. Is the hardness of the solid high? What is the oxidation state of iron oxide? Could hydrometallurgy be considered?
Trivalent iron: Hardness has not been measured; in water, its particle size is within 20μm. There are good methods for separating sulfur from iron as well
