I would like to ask those who have experience in solvent regeneration: where does the dirty rich liquid resulting from the backwashing of the rich liquid filter in your plant go?
Underground solvent tank, then sent to the sedimentation tank; after sedimentation, it is sent to the flash tank
The amine solution in the configuration tank is sent back to the solvent tank, so the impurities in the system never get removed
It is discharged through the amine rejection line into an underground solvent tank, and then, after passing through the filter in that underground tank, it is released into the amine liquid storage tank
But there is a low point in the solvent tank.
We built our own sedimentation tank, and after sedimentation was complete, it was retracted to the underground solvent tank!
Add a filter at the outlet of the underground tank
For the solution storage tank at low level, regarding the issue of residues, it depends on what type of filter is used
