In a diesel absorption tower, where the solvent is diesel and the solute is exhaust gas with a high oxygen content, and the operating environment is below the explosion limit, should the exhaust gas or diesel be introduced first when the tower is put into operation? Or put into use simultaneously?
Personally, I believe that the concentration of flammable gases in the tower environment should not drop below a certain threshold; when it is put into operation, the amount of exhaust gas should be increased gradually, along with the amount of diesel used – that’s my opinion

Diesel does have a cooling effect. What concerns me is that after spraying and the dispersion of the filler, the volatilization rate of the light components in the diesel increases significantly. Before the gas enters the tower, there is no medium for circulation, nor is it possible to displace the air inside the tower; this can lead to the accumulation of flammable gases above their lower explosion limit. This is different from ordinary absorption towers, where the oxygen level is kept low

You can ask the manufacturer whether this involves diesel low-temperature absorption combined with adsorption technology
First, for diesel, most of it is circulated first before being fed in. As for the explosion limit, it can’t be simply said that an environment with a level below this limit is safe; the oxygen content needs to be analyzed, as well as the concentration of the flammable gas at its LEL level. Since oxygen is present, could the lower explosion limit decrease? Study it further
