Number of personnel for operating pressure vessels and conducting inspections and maintenance on pressure pipelines

A company has around 40 employees and operates on three shifts; it uses 15 pressure vessels as well as one pressure pipeline. How many pressure vessel operation certificates and pressure pipeline inspection and maintenance certificates are necessary at minimum? Are there any regulatory requirements in this regard?
Anyone who operates the equipment must have an operation certificate

There are no exceptions; with the exception of civil servants, managers, finance staff, and cafeteria workers, everyone else must obtain a certificate for pressure pipelines and pressure vessels!
