According to the petrochemical design code GB50160, within a unified tank farm, tanks with the same or similar fire hazard classifications should be placed together. When the volume of a single tank is less than 1000 m3, tanks with different fire hazard classifications can also be arranged in the same group. So, for example, what should be the distance between a Class A tank and a Class C tank when they are located in the same tank area? Table 6.2.8 specifies which regulations should be followed regarding the fire separation distances for Class A storage tanks, Class B storage tanks, and Class C storage tanks
