A horizontal, 100-cubic-meter, atmospheric-pressure steel storage tank is used. 2. The storage tank is equipped with a vent valve and a flame arrester to maintain constant pressure. 3. The storage tank facility is equipped with a fixed cooling spray system to prevent overpressure due to temperature increases in summer and to reduce breathing losses. 4. The storage tank is equipped with a magnetic floating board level gauge at the installation site, as well as an intelligent differential pressure transmitter to enable remote monitoring of the liquid level; in addition, high and low level alarm functions are provided. However, there is no intention to install a high liquid level alarm or an interlock device for the unloading pump. 5. The storage tank is equipped with an on-site thermometer, but no temperature transmission system is installed. Are the above facilities feasible?
