Should these alarm values be determined based on the operating pressure of the pump or pipeline, or rather based on the pump’s rated pressure? Thank you!

At present, many companies do not have a uniform standard for setting these alarm values; some set them at 1.1 times the operating pressure, while others set them at 0.8 times the rated pressure. Is there any regulation that standardizes this aspect?
