Liaohe Petrochemical launches the “Equipment Engineer Development Program” Liaohe Petrochemical Company has recently launched the “Equipment Engineer Development Program” project. Those included in this training program are 13 graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields who started working after 2020. The specialized training for equipment professionals follows a dual-mentor system and is divided into 4 stages: Foundation, during which students build on the professional knowledge acquired in university to master the basic knowledge and skills related to petrochemical plant equipment; Enhancement, during which they gain a deeper understanding of the core knowledge and analysis methods in this field, and gradually develop the ability to independently analyze and solve simple problems; Improvement, during which they enhance their practical skills in applying technical knowledge related to equipment, understand the basic requirements and application methods of equipment management, and develop systematic thinking; Evaluation, during which the training outcomes and the overall capabilities of the trainees are assessed, their individual strengths are identified, and plans are made for their future development.
