The bottom boundary of the extraction column shows no stratification

The extraction unit extracts to the bottom level of the tower; suddenly, no stratification occurs, and it is not possible to identify the stratified area on site. There are always bubbles in the glass tube, as well as some black flocculent substances. The display value on the remote DCS is 65; it’s not certain whether this is accurate. How should I adjust the operation?
There might be clogging caused by aged solvent; try heating it with steam to examine the upper and lower parts of the level gauge.
First, check if the quality of Hunfang has declined. If the quality deteriorates, it means there is a mixed phase in the extraction tower. If the mass doesn’t change, then there is something stuck to the glass on the outside, preventing a clear view.
