How to distinguish between high-quality and low-quality mist removal cooling towers

For the new circulating water system, I plan to install a set of mist removal cooling towers. I’m not sure how to distinguish between the good and bad ones among such cooling towers Which parameters are mainly considered?
Which chemical plant has done this before? Please give some advice
