On September 11, Tieta Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Tieta Zhilian”) and SenseTime Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as “SenseTime Group”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Leveraging China Tower’s nationwide network of nearly 2 million tower sites and 900,000 server rooms, it has established three business service systems: “ZhiXiang” for site resource services, “ZhiLian” for data information services, and “ZhiKong” for intelligent monitoring services. It has provided site application and information technology services to 35 industries across six sectors, including environmental protection, emergency management, transportation and petroleum, land and agriculture, as well as edge computing. The company is committed to becoming an intelligent industry operator that serves the interests of the nation and society while highlighting the value of China Tower. SenseTime possesses strong capabilities in innovation, algorithms, computing power, and the implementation of applications. It has developed a globally leading deep learning platform, is committed to driving breakthroughs in core artificial intelligence technologies, and creates industry solutions for artificial intelligence and big data analysis. In accordance with the agreement, the two parties, guided by the principle of \"complementary strengths and mutual benefit through cooperation,\" will make full use of their respective advantages in terms of resources, technology, and ecosystem. Facing markets such as big data and AI intelligence, edge computing, and data collection, they will work together to drive innovation in technology, business models, and collaboration methods, thereby establishing a strategic partnership for sustainable development. Tietan ZhiLian offers valuable high-point video surveillance and data information services in various fields such as ecological environmental protection, transportation and petroleum, land use and agriculture, and emergency management.
