What special imported ball valves are required for the polyoxymethylene project? In what process flow? Which domestic design institute is specialized in the design of polyoxymethylene projects?
Where imported ball valves can be used, it should be in the monomer section; formaldehyde reacts with oxygen to form formic acid, which causes significant corrosion to the equipment. As far as I know, domestic companies within the Fifth Ring Road area have carried out designs for polyoxymethylene; Shanghai Lanxing and Tianjin Alkali Plant seem to be the ones that did this work

The polyoxymethylene products used by Tianjin Alkali Plant, Henan Yongmei, and Shenhua Ningmei were all designed by Hubei Wuhuan Technology; it is **Fuyi Company’s technology (Taiwan Plastics’ technology).
