For high-vacuum gear pumps, our company uses two types of sealing mechanisms: single-face mechanical seals and magnetic seals. Generally, single-face mechanical seals are of the fluorinated corrosion-resistant type, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 180°C. High-vacuum discharge pumps with mechanical seals are perfectly suitable for vacuum discharge in applications where the temperature does not exceed 180°C; however, operating at temperatures of 180°C for extended periods reduces the service life of the mechanical seals. When the temperature exceeds 180°C, our company uses high-temperature samarium-cobalt magnetic materials; these materials can withstand temperatures up to 350°C. For applications in the range of 250°C–280°C, it is recommended to use high-temperature samarium-cobalt magnets capable of withstanding 350°C, although this comes at a higher cost. Such magnets do not leak magnetism, and they do not lose their magnetic properties even at temperatures up to 350°C, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the pump. Therefore, customers should pay close attention when making their selections and avoid placing orders blindly. Our company can provide process design and product selection services based on the accurate parameters provided by the users, helping them choose the most suitable high-vacuum discharge pump products.
