Maintenance steps for corrosion-resistant diaphragm vacuum pumps: You can send the pump back to the factory for repair, or follow the steps below for installation. Each machine includes the following components: 1 vacuum pressure gauge (-0.1 Mpa), 1 connection hose, 1 silencer, and 1 set of instructions. The specific steps are as follows: 1. Disconnect the power supply of the corrosion-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump. Warning: Be sure to turn off the power supply before performing repairs to avoid injury or death. 2. Release the pressure valve to discharge the gas from inside the pump. 3. Remove the rubber hose. 4. Take off the pressure gauge, remember its location, and then remove the four-way valve. 5. Unscrew the 6 hex screws at the pump head to open the air chamber, and keep the screws safe. 6. There is a sealing ring in the groove on the back side of the air chamber; if the sealing ring is damaged, discard it ; There is filter cotton inside the air chamber; discard it if it becomes dirty. 7. Below the gas chamber of the corrosion-resistant diaphragm vacuum pump is a circular diaphragm chamber (equipped with a valve disc); remove the diaphragm chamber. 8. Check whether the valve discs (those made of black rubber and stainless steel) are aged or damaged; if they are damaged or too dirty, replace them or clean them. Just unscrew the screw. 9. Below the membrane cavity is a black diaphragm, which is secured with a small gland. Unscrew the three screws on the small gland, keep the screws safe, remove the gland, and visually inspect the diaphragm for any damage. If it is damaged or severely aged, it should be replaced. 10. If necessary, clean the pump head with a water-based solvent, or use high-pressure gas to blow away dirt. II. Precautions for Corrosion-Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps 1. Do not use organic compounds, acids, or corrosive solvents for cleaning, nor lubricate any parts, as this will reduce the pump’s service life; only water-based solvents should be used. 2.
